  The last couple times we ordered food to go...Order is ALWAYS messed up! They also did not honor a credit of $4.00 due for a previous overcharge. They would let us use our coupon...But not give the $4.00 credit!
  If I were the owner of Anna's (Frank) at the Mechanicsville location...I would definitely not want my name to be associated with this Anna's location on Airport Drive.
  We generally have spent $75.00 per mo., in orders to go at the Airport Drive location. We will NEVER deal at this location again.. However, we will continue our relationship at Anna's in Mechanicsville

  I used to order for delivery. I either received the order wrong, or they forgot something. I tried them again recently and I had the same thing happen. When we called to speak to the manager, she blamed the driver and showed no managerial skills. I will not go back.
